Fabrice Kodjo Ebeh, PhD, distinguished Doctor Honoris Causa
Our President, Fabrice Kodjo Ebeh, PhD, was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa for Anti-Corruption Excellence in Africa during the 2nd edition of the awards ceremony hosted by the African Institute for Applied Multidisciplinary Research (IARPA), Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and the Center for Professional Development (CVPT), Tunis, Tunisia. This distinction, awarded on November 19, 2025, in Dakar (Senegal), honors the exceptional contributions of African and international leaders in fields as diverse as science, culture, politics, innovation, sustainable development, and more.
This award, which aims to inspire and celebrate excellence, was awarded to Dr Fabrice at the end of an International Symposium organized by IARPA and CVPT under the theme “Innovation and Sustainable Development in Africa: Multidisciplinary Perspectives” from November 18 to 19, 2025, in Dakar (Senegal).
“I am deeply moved and honored to receive this distinction” said the recipient, Dr. Fabrice.
The award, described by its sponsors as the highest honor a university can bestow, recognizes Dr. Fabrice Kodjo Ebeh’s exceptional contribution to the fight against corruption in Africa. He serves as President of ANCE/Transparency International Togo, as well as Member of the International Council of the Global Infrastructure Anti-Corruption Centre (GIACC, United Kingdom), and Member of the Interim Council of the African Union Non-State Actors Forum.
Dr. Fabrice is a tireless advocate for the fight against corruption in Africa through high-level advocacy, stakeholder capacity building, evaluation of public anti-corruption policies, and technical assistance to various governments and companies in the development of anti-corruption policies and corruption risk assessment.
Finally, as an international expert, Dr Fabrice collaborates with several development agencies to provide anti-corruption expertise in several African countries.
